This little workhorse of a website, Great Paris Rentals, is very simple in terms of design and layout, but the basic css and light graphics are exactly what makes it so successful. It generates a ton of rental business for our clients because search engines have no trouble indexing it.

For instance, a cable news junkie looking for a rental apartment with CNN on the fabled Ile Saint Louis in Paris might type into google “paris apartment ile saint louis CNN” and voila, there they are. When the site was launched, it featured just two properties, but over the years they’ve added 2 more, expanding not only the search engine visibility, but also the profitability of our client’s business.
